Campus Directories
With directory page templates in Omni CMS you can create a single directory page through the directory page template or if you are technically inclined, you can create a multi-directory page by using the advanced features.
Editing a Profile
Directory profile edits are made in CampusWebData, Workday or are pulled from Human Resources. For instructions on how to update directory profile information, use our Profile Update Instructions.
Building Basic Directory Pages
The basic directory profile page allows you to create a directory page by using the Directory Profile Page template in Omni CMS as well as the directory API builder. This process is available to any user in Omni CMS regardless of their permission level. For help building your directory page, use our Basic Directory Instructions.
Building Advanced Directory
The advanced directory instructions allow you to create multiple directories on a single page. This option lets you use any of the regular page templates in Omni CMS except for the new directory page template. The advanced directory option is only available to Omni CMS users with access to the source code editor. The multiple directories per page feature gives technical users the flexibility to group directors, leadership, faculty and staff to the department’s preferences all on a single page. This feature allows for any number of API calls to the campus directory and allows for any HTML content to appear on the directory page.
