Web Governance

Web and Digital Governance works to ensure, through policy recommendations and website and digital content review processes, that everyone who interacts with the web and digital content of the University of Arkansas has a useful, efficient experience that reflects well on the university as a top-tier public research institution of higher education.

Digital Communications Council

This body is composed of the webmasters with the highest level of responsibility and authority in any one College or Division plus representation from the software and infrastructure side of UITS. The group meets monthly and anyone is welcome to attend. Voting on issues is limited to members, but anyone may participate in the discussion.

Roles and Responsibilities

Everyone with access to modify a website plays a critical role in the health and well being of the University's web presence. Know what your responsibilities are and be sure you are comfortable with them. Please ask questions if you are not!
